Disclaimer & Participation Waiver

By enrolling in Bleu Londen’s After-School Dance Enrichment Program, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

Assumption of Risk
Participation in physical activities such as dance involves inherent risks, including the potential for injury. By registering, you voluntarily assume all risks related to participation and agree that Bleu Londen, its instructors, staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, or loss incurred during or resulting from program activities.
Medical Authorization
In the event of an emergency, you authorize Bleu Londen staff to secure appropriate medical care for your child. You understand that all medical expenses incurred are your sole responsibility.
Supervision & Release
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring timely pickup and drop-off. Bleu Londen is not responsible for students outside of program hours. Students are expected to follow all rules and instructions for safety and participation.
Photo & Video Release
By participating in the program, you grant permission for your child to be photographed or recorded for promotional and educational purposes, unless a written opt-out is provided.
Refund Policy
Tuition and fees are non-refundable except in the case of program cancellation by Bleu Londen.
Code of Conduct
Bleu Londen reserves the right to dismiss any participant for behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, or not aligned with our program values. No refund will be issued in such cases.

By registering for the Bleu Londen Dance Enrichment Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer.

Refund Policy

At Bleu Londen, we are committed to delivering high-quality dance enrichment experiences. To maintain the integrity of our program and effectively manage our resources, we have established the following No Refund Policy:

1. All Payments Are Final

All tuition, registration fees, and associated payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of attendance, schedule changes, or early withdrawal.

2. Missed Classes

Refunds or credits will not be issued for missed classes due to illness, travel, scheduling conflicts, or other personal reasons. We encourage regular attendance to ensure each student benefits fully from the program.

3. Program Dismissal

Bleu Londen reserves the right to dismiss any participant for behavioral issues, safety concerns, or failure to follow program rules. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

4. Program Cancellations

In the rare event that Bleu Londen must cancel a class or session, we will offer either a make-up session or credit toward a future program. Refunds will only be issued if a full program is canceled and no alternative is offered.

5. Inclement Weather or School Closures

If a class is canceled due to weather, school closure, or an emergency, we will make every effort to reschedule. Refunds will not be provided for circumstances beyond our control.

By enrolling your child in Bleu Londen’s enrichment program, you acknowledge and accept this No Refund Policy.

We kindly ask that you don’t copy, share, download, publish, or use any of it without getting written permission from us first. That includes embedding or framing anything from our site elsewhere. Using our content without permission goes against these Terms of Use and could also break the law.
